If you are not completely satisfied with your order we are here to help! You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was shipped. We DO require return approval. This way we can address the problem up front. Both parties will need to be in agreement of the return/exchange and who is responsible for shipping costs. Each scenario may be different. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will need to let us know within 15 days of when the item was shipped that you would like a return or exchange. If your item is damaged please let us know within 15 days of receiving it and we can gladly send you a new one (if it is not a limited quantity item). If an item is returned and we never receive it you will not be refunded. We cannot refund you the money until we receive the returned item. If your item is customized, it is only eligable for a return if a mistake was made on our end. Also if there was a mistake made there is no need to be send it back to us.
